5. Documentation / Requirements:

  • First stage

     - Loan application (will be send to you by a mail)

     - Copy of ID

     - A copy of guarantor national ID

     - Utility bill (electricity / gas / water)

     - In case of Entrepreneurship, a copy of the commercial register and the tax card.

  • Contracting procedures

     - Ahlia will schedule a visit to the customer within 24 hours to make the installment deal.

     - Installment deal will be at customer’s home directly with Ahlia.

     - Customer and grantor will sign on bills of exchange.

     - A signed secretariat receipt from the customer and the guarantor.

     - Ahlia services for installment contract & collecting are for free.

  6. What is the process?

     - Customer will fill - out the loan application request form and resend it signed by mail.

     - SISTRUM will send the file to Ahlia Company for processing and contact customer within 48 hours to set up a date for home visit.

     - In case of approval, Ahlia will confirm this with SISTRUM to deliver the products to the customer within 48 – 72 Hours by Shipping company

     - Ahlia & SISTRUM reserves the right to decline any installments case and don’t mention any reasons
