Shipping Policy

You may have your product delivered to you via one of our available delivery options. We deliver orders from Saturday through Thursday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is currently not available.

   -   For same business day delivery:
       1.   Order should be placed before 12:00 p.m in order for it to be delivered on the same business day
       2.   Only in Cairo, Giza and 6 October
       3.   Extra shipping fees will be added
       4.   Delivery time within 6 p.m and 10 p.m
       5.   Available only in business days (not valid on weekends or official holidays)
       6.   e3050.com reserves the right to decline any same day transaction and will refund the extra shipping fees
   -   For our next business day delivery, your order must be completed before 12 p.m. Cairo time in order for it to be delivered the following day.
   -   Orders Placed after 12 p.m. Cairo time will be delivered within 48-72 hours from order date.


Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses.


Shipping charges

   -   All shipping charges are based on package weight and dimension.
   -   Shipping charges can be computed while finalizing your order prior to completion of order process.
   -   If shipping charges were not calculated for any reason, you will be contacted by one of our sales assistants before shipping.

Order Cancellations

We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Process Order button) until the product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, please review our returns policy.

Backorders

  • Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.
  • Backorder shipments beyond the first backorder release are subject to normal shipping/handling prices.
  • All in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items are backordered, unless otherwise requested.

Warranty

In respect to third party products, the customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the third party manufacturer or agent.

The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate installation use or maintenance; actions or modifications by unauthorized third parties or the customer or accidental or willful damage.

The repairing location will depend on the third party repairing policy. e3050.com will inform the customer with the third party’s contact information and repair facility. e3050.com will on behalf of the customer inform the third party of sales date and customer information required for maintenance.

The repairing period depends on the manufacturer’s agent but is in general 1 – 7 days, weekends and legal vacations are not included.

If the warranty sticker is removed, the warranty is considered void. If items are returned without their boxes and packages, the warranty may be considered void as well.

The customer will be informed of the repairing cost before the item is worked on it by the agent.

If CPU is burned, broken or scratched then the CPU will be considered out of the warranty.

If serial number is removed from product or not visible the product will be considered out of warranty.

In the case of sending your product for servicing under warranty please make sure that product is returned with all its packaged components and its package intact as received.

By accepting the invoice the client is in agreement that all components are in good condition and all warranty conditions are acceptable as above.

And if you decide to change your mobile number at any given time, you can to log in to your bilmobile account and update your new details, so you can continue shopping online with your bilmobile account safely.
